Business industry stakeholders are optimistic about the benefits to be derived from Jamaica’s impending accession to the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, also known as the Madrid Protocol. Audley Shaw, is encouraging more entrepreneurs to formalise their businesses through registration in order to gain access to greater funding opportunities with lower interest rates.
